Have your athlete join us for an energetic and fun-filled camp during winter break! Athletes will cover all the basic fundamentals of tumbling and stunting including:
-Proper Warm Up & Stretching
-Tumbling Drills & Progressions
-Strength & Conditioning
-Stunt basics
-Jumps
Athletes will also have an opportunity to free tumble in a safe environment, as well as enjoy themed games and crafts! A light snack will be provided to campers. Spaces are limited as we maintain a small athlete to coach ratio for the safety of our campers!
This camp will run for two days from 9am - 12pm. Registration fee includes a light snack and crafts for campers.
