All of our classes are drop in style. With no commitment, you are free to come to whatever classes work best with your schedule!

Beginner Tumbling
This class is designed for elementary aged kids who are just getting started, or working to master the basics of tumbling.
This class will focus on fundamentals including handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and round offs. Athletes will also improve their overall strength, coordination, and flexibility!
Prerequisites: None

Walkovers
In this session, athletes will learn, and master standing back bends, walkovers, handstand front limbers, and front walkovers. This class is intended for athletes ages 8+
*If your athlete is 7 or younger and working on backwalkovers, please register for intro to tumbling ages 5-7.
Prerequisites: Cartwheel, Handstand, Backbend

Back Handsprings 1
Back Handsprings: 1 is for athletes who have mastered their back backbend or back walkover and are ready to move to the next level. In this session, athletes will learn and master a standing back handspring and work on improving round off technique.
Required: Backbend, bridge kickover, cartwheel. Backwalkover recommended

Back Handsprings 2
Back Handsprings: 2 is for those who already have mastered a standing back handspring and are ready to move on to the next step. In this session, athletes will learn and master connections into and out of back handsprings (I.e. - round off back handspring, back walkover back handsprings or standing 2 handsprings).
Required: standing back handspring on floor without a spot and a strong round off.

Back Tucks
In this session, athletes will work on improving both their standing and round off back tucks. Athletes may also work on round off back handspring back tucks. Athletes who already have their running tuck mastered, may also begin learning and working on layout technique.
Prerequisites: standing back handspring series, round off back handspring series, attendance in "Back Handspring 2" class is required prior to moving on to back tucks.

Layouts and Fulls
In this session, athletes will learn, strengthen, and master their technique for both layouts and fulls.
Prerequisites: Round off back handspring back tuck, standing back tuck

Jumps & Flexibility
In this class athletes will work on their jump height, technique, and flexibility.
Prerequisites: None!

Tumbling For Dancers
This class is designed for dancers who want to increase their acro and tumbling skills! This class will work on walkovers, aerials, handsprings, and other specialty skills used in dance!

Front Tumbling
This is for athletes working on front handsprings, fly springs, and punch fronts
Prerequisites: mastered front walkover

Aerials
In this session athletes will work on learning and mastering their side aerials as well as front aerial.
Prerequisites: Strong cartwheel, front walkover (if working front aerial)

Open Gym
In this session, athletes will be able to work on their tumbling and stunting skills in a safe, supervised environment. No formal layout will be set for the class. Coaches may or may not spot athletes on tumbling during open gym. All ages and abilities are welcome!
Open Gym is limited to 16 athletes.

Flyer Training
Flyer training is a 90 minute session that is designed to improve stability, strength, flexibility, and confidence in the air.
This class combines both ground work as well as stunting. Once it is their turn, athletes will fly on an experienced group.

Tiny Tots
Tiny Tots Tumbling is designated for children ages 3-4. In this class they will introduce the basics of going upside down and spatial awareness as well as some structured play time.
